Effective and efficient integration should be a core competency of any business. However, it is often rushed, with insufficient detail and only an outline plan substituted in the place of a very necessary robust review process or allocation of dedicated resources. Halfkey Consulting will assist in the development of a clear integration plan which encompasses all aspects of a business; clear identification of the leadership (who), tasks (how), timescales (resources), and review processes (honest stakeholder feedback).
Regular communication is vital. A dedicated integration team, drawn largely from the client's own personnel, will engage early with the business and at every stage thereafter. Ultimately, this will be continued by implementation of a clear operating framework and associated key performance indicators/targets.
