Larger programmes, whether new developments or redesigned existing practices, can present significant risks to a business. Through a collaborative approach with the client's personnel and resources, Halfkey Consulting works with the client to understand the challenges facing each programme. Rigorous monitoring and regular reviews support task-level activities and aid early identification of the flexibility required during the programme’s development. Clear communication across the stakeholder group will help facilitate clear decision making. This, in turn, should enable swift identification and prevention of the ‘bleeding’ of expenditure and/or resources.
