Graham is a qualified chartered accountant (CIMA) with over 20 years of experience at both operational and managerial levels and a proven track record at managing change. He has held several directorships within global aerospace manufacturing and engineering companies, during both growth and recessionary periods. He has worked with listed companies and SMEs. Most recently, Graham has been working as aerospace sector specialist consultant and CEO as part of a private equity business turnaround and has been accepted as an associate member of the Institute For Turnaround (IFT).
Graham has a strong analytical nature with the ability to challenge and contribute in both financial and non-financial arenas. His extensive operational and engineering experience combines with his strategic and commercial awareness ensuring a balanced approach in all situations.

Les is a qualified chartered accountant (CIMA) with over 30 years of experience in Financial Controller roles. He has operated in the SME environment in both manufacturing and service businesses in varied sectors including chemical processing, technology, oil and gas, facilities management and aerospace.
Commercial awareness and operational understanding underpins his approach to cash management, forecasting and reporting. He has a keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial and KPI information.
